The Difficult-Discussions Inc. DEI Clearing House Project aims to compile a list of resources throughout the U.S. that provides DEI resources or funding. The intended outcome of the project is to have a central location that can equip individuals or organizations with resources and funding to promote DEI.

Methods
Members of the Difficult-Discussions Inc. team searched for DEI resources and funding that exist in the United States of America (i.e. 50 states and the five territories that have permanent residents).
We define DEI resources and grants as:
- DEI Resources: Organizations, projects, or initiatives that provide resources to create diverse, equitable, and inclusive environments.
- DEI Funding: Funding sources such as grants that can be used by external applicants for DEI programming.
The search methods that will be utilized to collect this information will be:
- Internet Searches: The Difficult-Discussions Inc. team primarily utilized internet searches to identify resources and funding that meet our search criteria.
- Email: Emails to known allies and accomplices who do DEI programming served as a secondary search method.
- Social media: The Difficult-Discussions Inc. team utilized social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn), and stories (Facebook and Instagram) as a tertiary search method to collect information from the Difficult-Discussions Inc. social media followership.
- Website: The webpage that houses the Difficult-Discussions Inc. DEI Clearing House will include the link to a google form that can collect suggestions from site visitors for resources to be added to the site. The suggestions will be reviewed by the Difficult-Discussions Inc. team before it is added to the web page.
